Our policy lasts 30 days for exchange only. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

ALL of our products are made-to-order and we do not hold inventory or stock.

Returns

It is very important that you read the description of each item before you place your order. There is a sizing guide available so you can choose your correct size. It is also of equal importance that you provide us with your correct information before you finalize your order.

At this time, we do not accept returns for any reason because as mentioned earlier, we do not hold inventory or stock and all items are made-to-order. If you wish to make a correction on your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you submitted your order. We normally send your order immediately to the production facility but if you contact us within the indicated timeframe, we will do our best to make your requested changes.

On the other hand, if we sent you the wrong order, kindly let us know as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. In the instance of our error, you do not have to return the item. You can keep it!

Refunds (if applicable)

If your case qualifies for a partial or full refund, we will refund you within 48 hours from the time we confirm the refund. In the case that you receive a defective product or one that does not match the description, we will send you a new replacement shirt or refund you in full. You may keep the defective product without needing to return it.

Our support staff will try to intercept the order before it goes into production, once it hits the production floor there is no way to cancel the order.

Shipping

We do our best to ship your order within 4-7 business days from the day your order was placed. The shipping fee will be included in your order confirmation. If your item is significantly different from the seller’s product description, you can get a full refund including shipping costs and keep the item.

Return/Exchange FAQ

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defect or error on our part will be replaced free of charge or we will refund your money, you may keep the defective product without needing to return it. Returns/exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. At the time you place an order, you will be asked to confirm all the details regarding the item’s size, design, spelling, etc. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, etc. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact us so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
If your order has been listed as “undeliverable” and returned back to us, we will ship the package to you at no additional cost.
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at [email protected], tell us your order number and how we messed up. If your item has any defects or errors from our side, we will replace the item at no additional cost. You may keep the defective product without needing to return it. If we are unable to replace the product due to inventory issues, we will refund your money or send you an equivalent item of your choice. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
We strongly recommend reading the washing instructions found on the packing slip of your product. Designs are meant to last after many correct washings. Designs are not meant to last after being mistreated. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us.
Please refer to the size chart before placing an order. If we deliver a product that does not match the size chart, we will send you a new replacement shirt, and you do not need to return the defective product, you can keep it.
If we have delivered the correct product and size as stated on the website, unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges due to sizing issues because we do not hold inventory. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will give you a 35% discount code if you want to reorder the correct size.
